One room available in May in an amazing apartment, 4 minutes' walk from Jean-Talon's Market, also located between metro Jean-Talon and metro Beaubien.
The apartment and the room are all furnished. Sheets and towels can be provided too.
The rent includes also : Heat, electricity, Internet, TV, washer, dryer, dishwasher.
The Price is 620$.
I'm looking for people quiet, sociable, who contribute to housekeeping ( Important !), independent but also welling to share moments (diner, watching movie, yoga class or drink a beer time to time. . .).
This apartment is a really nice place to stay at!

Une chambre de disponible en Mai dans un super appartement à 4 minutes du Marché Jean-Talon, également situé entre le métro Jean-Talon et le métro Beaubien.
L'appartement et les chambres sont entièrement meublés. Draps et serviettes de bain sont disponibles aussi.
Le loyer inclut : Chauffage, électricité, Internet, TV, laveuse, sécheuse, lave-vaisselle.
La chambre simple est à 620 $.
Cet appartement est vraiment agréable à vivre!
Je cherche quelqu'un de calme, sociable, qui contribue aux tâches ménagères ( important ! ), indépendant, respectueux des espaces de chacun, mais motivé à partager des moments ( souper, regarder des films, aller à un cours de yoga ou boire une bière de temps en temps . . .).
Les séjours de courts termes sont ok.
