Coloc recherché! Looking for a new roomie!

(English follows) Je suis une étudiante de 23 ans qui vit en colocation avec son cousin (31 ans) dans un appartement près du métro Villa-Maria (ligne orange). On est tous les deux bilingues (anglais, français, et un peu d'espagnol). On a deux chats adorablement doux de caractère et une vue imprenable depuis les fenêtres. Le seul bémol est qu'on vit au 3ème étage, sans ascenseur. Mais ça garde en forme!
Le prix est de 500$ par mois, incluant la chambre, l'électricité, le wifi haut-vitesse, l'eau chaude, le chauffage et laveuse/sécheuse dans la cuisine.
On se cherche un coloc pour la troisième chambre de l'appart, le plus vite possible dès maintenant.

I am a 23-year-old student living with my cousin (31) in an apartment near the Villa-Maria station (orange line). We are both bilingual (English, French, and some Spanish). We have two adorable cats and a nice view outside the windows. The only downside is that we live on the 3rd floor, without an elevator. But it keeps us in shape!
The price is 500$ per month, including room, electricity, high-speed wifi, hot water, heating and washer/dryer in the kitchen.
We are looking for a roommate for the third bedroom as soon as possible.
