Coloc communautaire et creative Co-Incidences 1er Juillet- DOWNTOWN

On est une jeune asso regroupant étudiants et jeunes travailleurs, tous dans la mi-vingtaine qui partagent des projets créatifs et communautaires. Co-Incidences c’est un lieu de vie, ou l’on passe pas mal de moments ensemble entre colocataires et avec nos voisins (repas, apéros, soirées, sorties et voyages) - les appartements restent cependant propices à une ambiance de travail.

Tous les logements sont composés de quatre colocs chacun et sont meublés.

Le montant de la cotisation varie selon les chambres : entre 430$ et 550$ pour les chambres disponibles en ce moment

Inclus avec votre cotisation :
• Le prix de la chambre
• 1 voiture (type van) donc pas de soucis pour les déménagements, les courses et les voyages!
• L’accès au GYM
• L’accès à un studio de musique, à la future salle de jam et aux instruments de musique
• L'accès au matériel de tournage
• L’accès au labo photo
• et bien sur Wifi, chauffage, électricité, laveuse/ sécheuse

Nos appartements sont situés dans le centre ville (à 100 mètres de la station Berri Uqam) et proches de tous les lieux qui font la vie culturelle de Montréal (idéalement placés entre le Quartier Latin, le Village et Saint-Catherine, avec tous les commerces possibles SAQ, IGA, Jean Coutu, banques, dépanneurs… et la vie nocturne à proximité).

Notre objectif est de permettre à des jeunes de développer leurs projets personnels ou bien de participer aux projets des autres membres. C’est dans cet esprit communautaire et de partage que nous recherchons de futurs colocs pour intégrer ce superbe projet. A titre d’exemple nous sommes en train de terminer un studio d’enregistrement, un labo photo argentique est déjà disponible et on a plein d’autres projets comme l’organisation de soirées, concerts, ciné club, sport, etc

Co-incidences is a young non-profit association created in April 2014 gathering students and young workers to further creative and community-driven projects.

Essentially held by members in their mid-twenties, our flats are in the city center nearby all the places that make Montreal's cultural life (perfectly located between the Latin Quarter, the Village and Sainte-Catherine, with every possible shop - SAQ, IGA, Jean Coutu, banks, deps - and the night life close at hand).

Co-incidences' aim is to allow young people to both develop their personal projects and participate to other's. It's really important for us to cultivate a community and sharing spirit - with a kind of DIY attitude - and we are looking for people to live this experience with. We support all kind of artistic or social projects. For example, we are currently building a small music recording and post-production studio and a silver halide photography lab - both almost finished. We are planning on building a music rehearsal room, and organizing events such as DJ sets, concerts, a weekly movie projection, etc.

Most of all, Co-incidences is a community where we share a fair amount of moments between roommates and neighbours (meals, drinks, parties, roadtrips) - don't worry though, most of the time the flats are quiet and suitable for working.

All flats are furnished and the subscription to the association includes a room and all the charges.

The amount of said subscription varies according to the room, between 430$ and 550$ for those currently available.

Included in the price :
• the room's rent
• a collective car (van-like), useful for move-arounds, shopping, road trips, and to load gear.
• access to a gym nearby
• access to the music studio, the jamming space and musical instruments
• access to film-shooting material (movie camera, lights, etc)
• access the the photography lab
• and of course Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, washing machine and dryer etc.
