Coloc chambre meublée – station sherbrooke – début août

Salut à tous !
Notre bien-aimée colocataire s'en allant à la fin du mois de juillet, nous sommes à la recherche d'un ou d'une quatrième personne pour compléter notre superbe coloc !

Les trois personnes restantes sont :
Laurent : Ponot ayant fait ses études d’ingénieur à Grenoble, il a un peu de mal avec l’orientation mais sa détermination et son taboulé l’en excuse.
Guillaume : Grenoblois finissant sa maitrise à l’ETS, le moins bavard de tous mais toujours partant pour faire du sport et boire une (des) bonne(s) bière(s).
Pedro : Un ingénieur mexicain ne parlant pas français mais sa bonne humeur et son guacamole te raviront.

L'appartement est un 61/2 situé à 7 min à pied de la station de métro Sherbrooke et à côté de la rue Saint Laurent, soit très proche de tout ce que tu peux imaginer (épicerie, restaurant, bar, boite, boulangerie, SAQ, Jean coutu, friperie…).
Composé de 4 chambres, un grand salon avec vue sur notre cour intérieure en commun avec les voisins (très sympathiques), une salle de bain, hall d'entrée avec penderie et nombreux rangements, cuisine équipée (micro-onde, four, cafetière, grille-pain, ustensiles de cuisine...), Netflix, balcon et rooftop, il a tout le confort dont on puisse rêver !

La chambre qui se libère donne sur le salon et est meublée.

Le loyer s'élève à 510$ auquel il faut rajouter environ 20$ pour internet et 20$ pour l’hydro soit un total de 550$ par mois.

Our beloved roommate is leaving at the end of July so we are looking for a fourth person to complete our lovely apartment!

The remaining three persons are:
Laurent: French guy who have done his engineering studies in Grenoble, he has trouble with the direction but his determination and his taboulé apologize him.
Guillaume: He comes from Grenoble and he is ending his master at the ETS, less talkative of all but always keens to do some sports and drink a (lot of) beer(s).
Pedro: A Mexican engineer who doesn’t speak French but you will fall in love with his happiness and his guacamole, great chance to practice or learn Spanish.

The flat is a 61/2 located at 7 min walking from Sherbrooke Metro Station and next to Rue Saint Laurent. So it’s very close to everything you can imagine (grocery, restaurant, bar, night club, bakery, SAQ, Jean Coutu, thrift store ...).
With 4 bedrooms, a large living room overlooking to our shared courtyard, a bathroom, a hall with hanging rail and storage space, a fully furnished kitchen (microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, cookware ...), Netflix, balcony and rooftop, it has all the facilities anyone could ask for!

The room which is released overlooks to the living room and is furnished.

The rent is 510$ with approximately 20$ for internet and 20$ for hydro, for a total of 550$ per month.
