Cocooning bedroom- Chambre cocooning

Hi there,
I'm leaving my Amaaaazing place July the 5th and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease through, at least, the end of August. If you know anyone interested please share the announce :).

The rent is 800$/month + utilities (in general between 40 and 50$).
The appartement is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a nice house. There is a porch and a backyard. Washer and dryer in the basement. Kitchen with everything you need (micro-wave, oven, dish-washer...). The living-room is huge, 3 couches and tv.

10min walk from Porter and Davis Square (red ligne, super easy to go to dowtown Boston).

The bedroom is nice and bright. It has a closet. I'm looking also to sell my furnitures (mattress, desk, shelves, rugs, chair...), the all package for 250$.

And last but not least, my roomates are amazing !! 2 american girls, nice, sweet, smart and fun !!

Je quitte ma colocation le 5 juillet et cherche quelqu'un pour prendre ma place, au moins jusqu'à fin août. Vous pourrez ensuite prolonger le lease si le coeur vous en dit.

L'appartement se situe aux 1er et 2ème étages d'une maison. Il est grand, lumineux, bien agencé, tout équipé (cuisine toute équipée, four, micro-onde, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle... lave-linge, sèche-linge, tv, 3 canapés...). Il y a aussi un porche fermé et un jardin.

La chambre se trouve au dernier étage, elle donne sur le jardin (super calme), elle est spacieuse, lumineuse et il y a un dressing.

Pour juillet et août vous partagerez l'appart avec deux super colocs, toutes les deux américaines (cool pour améliorer son anglais). Elles sont super gentilles, ouvertes, calmes, propres et fun.

L'appartement se trouve à 10min des stations Porter et Davis Square (red ligne).

Le loyer est de 800$/mois + charges (en général entre 40 et 50$). Je cherche aussi à vendre mes meubles (matelas, étagères, bureau, lampes, chaise, tapis...). Le tout pour 250$.
N'hésitez plus, c'est l'endroit parfait !

Hi, I need a place to stay from late June/early July through at least Sept.1. I just got a full time job in Boston, so I could stay well into the year if need be. I can be very flexible!
