Currently live (2BD, 2B, large living room) in the Manson building at 67 Wall Street. My roommate bailed on me so I need a new roommate. This is a very classy building, and a very well known luxury high-rise. Plenty of amenities including a gym, roof deck, lounge (thing is huge), screening room, concierge (dry cleaning and what not). The apt itself is very nice, kitchen is large and works beautifully into the living room. Four big windows in the living room give it great light. The rent is high, I realize, but split two ways and with the quality of this building it is definitely worth it. I do have a cat. Those Sarah Mclaughlin commercials got to me I guess. So if you have allergies to animals this is probably not the place for you. Apartment is already furnished and other than the open bedroom (really would only need a bed.) Security deposit is already handled as well.
