Chouette colocation dans quartier Hochelaga
Quittant malheureusement Montréal le 05 janvier je cherche quelqu'un pour me remplacer dans ma chouette colocation. (On pourra s'arranger pour que le nouveau locataire arrive dès le 1er janvier si il le souhaite)
L'appartement est situé à une dizaine de minutes de la station Joliette, et le loyer est de 437,50 dollars (oui, c'est précis) par personne charges comprises.
Toi qui aura la chance de prendre ma place dans cette colocation, tu vivras avec trois charmantes personnes (1 fille et 2 garçons) qui ont 22 et 23 ans, deux étudiants et un PVTiste, qui sont vraiment agréables à vivre et qui aiment la bière (condition fortement requise pour vivre à leurs côtés).
