Hi, FINALLY I found my new apartment, so now I am moving out of my pretty furnished room in Chelsea and looking for a replacement for May 16th. It is shared with the really nice landlady who is a Fashion Designer and who is in the apartment no more than 4 days a week generally. It is really conveniently located in Chelsea, 20th Str/7th Ave. (TraderJoe`s, WholeFoods, WestVillage, MeatPacking all in walking distance).
It's an ensuite bedroom, with own balcony and bathroom, top floor with amazing views towards the Hudson. Laundry Room in the basement. Rent $1,275 + $100. $650 deposit.
