Cheap, lovely room a 3-minute walk from Royal Oak Skytrain station!

A room for only $575 that's a 3-minute walk from the skytrain station?!? With an awesome, sci-fi loving, banjo-playing roomie and a cat who likes belly rubs?

It doesn't get any better than this, folks.

I've got one bedroom available in a 2-bedroom suite available Feb. 1, 15, or anytime in between. The room could be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preferences. It's close to Royal Oak skytrain station, has got in-suite laundry, is spacious and comfortable, and has heating and electricity included! It's got a lovely little patio area, and even a bay window with a seat!

The only rules is that there are no drugs and no overnight boys.
