Nous sommes situés dans le quartier du Sud-Ouest, à proximité du centre-ville, sans la densité. C'est sur les abords du majestueux canal Lachine, doté d'une piste cyclable et pédestre et il est facile de se rendre au Vieux-Montréal et au centre-ville en vélo.

Nous somme sur la ligne verte (métro Monk) mais il est possible de prendre un autobus au coin de la rue qui se rend sur la ligne orange (métro Saint-Henri) en moins de 10 minutes.

C’est à proximité de pharmacies, dépanneurs, épiceries, fruiteries, friperies et du grand centre d’achat Angrignon.

Furnished 5-bed, 1-bath upper duplex apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, hardwood floors, high ceilings and closet space. Ideally located, this address is a typical old Montreal style property.

The rooms are fully furnished with double beds, a built-in wardrobe, bedside table, desk and wide window with lots of light. All is included in the price, such as utilities, washer and dryer and cable. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with other tenants.

Rent includes the following: all utilities included (Heat, Hydro, etc.), Internet, Full kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, utensils, etc.) and housekeeping in shared spaces. It's possible to rent for one session, multiple trimesters or over a year.

We are located in the south west borough of Montreal, on the green line (Monk metro). You can also take a bus right at the corner of the street that takes you to the orange line (Saint-Henri metro) in under 10 minutes. It’s near the canal Lachine, very close to downtown Montreal. You can jog on the canal to downtown and old Montreal as it’s really close. It's near a metro station and around the corner of pharmacies and groceries stores.
