L'appartement se situe a moins de 1 minute du métro Mt Royal et 2 minutes de Laurier. Le bus 30 passe en bas de l'appartement
Le loyer est de 575$ tout inclus (vraiment TOUT inclus : ménage des pièces communes, produits vaisselles, produits ménagers, charges électricité, wifi,..)

I live in an apartment in Mt Royal/St Denis. 4 rooms are available at the moment or soon.
It's an apartment in 2 floors with 11 person from Spain, Chile, Sweden, Finland, France, Algeria and Canada.
The apartment is situated to 1 minute walking distance of Mt Royal station and 2 minutes of Laurier station. The bus 30 is coming down the apartment to go to downtown and the bus 51 is going to the schools UDEM, POLYTECNIQUE y HEC.
The rent costs 575$ all included (cleaning team, electricity, internet, products to clean clothes : ALL)
