I'm a 38 y/o Native French Canadian Seperated men. Tech Support for a GPS company working 9 to 5 very close to the appartement. My roomate ( a 33 y/o Mexican ) is leaving during the Month of July and the room will be available on the 1st of August or maybe a bit earlier. I'm a relax person that go to bed close to 10 and usually wake up near 4(Yep, I'm an early bird). I'm not noisy and I expect the same from my futur roomie.
I use to smoke but it was Always outside the apprtement. Need someone that is clean, share the home task ( Garbage, sweeping the floor, cleaning your own dishes right away, washing the bathroom) and that pays on time ( I wont have any patience for that, respect your own words ).
I love to enjoy a Movie or listen to music at night while drinking a cup of wine and sharing a meal. I'm a very friendly guy but I also enjoy time alone.
I will be picky with my next roomie , the one that is leaving was a very kind person and I dont expect anything less.
Party kids, this is not your place.
