Nous proposons quatre chambres en colocation dans un appartement entièrement rénové, meublé, situé dans le quartier « Sud-Ouest » de Montréal.

La colocation s’adresse particulièrement à des professionnels. Pour une meilleure cohabitation, nous offrons un ménage des pièces communes une fois par mois inclus dans le loyer.

Elle se veut être un endroit serein, confortable, respectueux et propre tout en offrant un cadre d’échange et de partage (lorsque souhaité uniquement !) sur les changements ou transitions de vie que chacun expérimente.

Chambres en colocation
Vous bénéficiez de:
•un lit queen,
•une grande penderie pax,
•la literie appropriée,
•un bureau et une chaise,
•l’accès à une salle de bains avec douche et WC.
•l’accès à un 2ème WC,
•l’accès à la cuisine et le salon, qui sont à votre entière disposition.

L’appartement a 4 chambres, pour un total de 4 colocataires dans l’appartement. Pour faciliter la colocation, nous préférons que chacune des chambres soit occupée par une personne seulement.

Services inclus dans la colocation
L’accès ou l’usage des éléments suivants sont inclus dans la colocation:
•ménage effectué une fois par mois dans les pièces communes (cuisine, salon, salle de bain, salle d’eau),
•cuisine entièrement équipée (cuisinière, frigidaire, micro-onde, cafetière, grille-pain, vaisselle, ustensile de cuisine),
•machine à laver,
•sèche-linge,
•literie pour la chambre, ainsi que les serviettes de toilette,
•Internet haute vitesse,
•chauffage (toute consommation supérieure à la moyenne des 2 dernières années est toutefois à la charge du locataire), et
•électricité.

Il offre ainsi confort, propreté et tranquillité.

We offer four shared rooms in a fully renovated and furnished apartment located in the "Southwest" district of Montreal.

Colocation is particularly aimed at professionals. For a better cohabitation, we offer cleaning of common rooms once a month included in the rent.

It aims to be a serene, comfortable, respectful and clean place while offering a framework for discussion and sharing (when desired only!) On the changes or transitions of life that everyone experiences.

Shared rooms
You benefit from:
• a queen bed,
• a large pax wardrobe,
• appropriate bedding,
• a desk and a chair,
• access to a bathroom with shower and WC.
• access to a 2nd WC,
• access to the kitchen and living room, which are at your entire disposal.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms, for a total of 4 roommates in the apartment. To facilitate shared accommodation, we prefer that each of the rooms is occupied by one person only.

Services included in the colocation
Access or use of the following elements is included in the colocation:
•cleaning done in the common rooms once per month (kitchen, living room, bathroom and powder room),
•fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cooking utensil),
•washing machine,
• dryer,
• bedding for the bedroom, as well as towels,
• High speed internet,
• heating (any consumption above the average of the last 2 years is however the responsibility of the tenant), and
•electricity.

It thus offers comfort, cleanliness and tranquility.
