Hello tout le monde!

Nous recherchons un(e) 5ème colocataire dans notre 6 1/2 à partir du 16 mai pour du long terme si possible (je quitte le pays!).
L’appartement est situé dans le quartier du Mile End, sur l’avenue Clermont, à deux pas de Fairmont Bagels, de bars, du supermarché P&A (le moins cher!), des bus 51 et 55 et à 10 min à pied du métro Laurier.
Il est situé au RDC, est entièrement meublé et dispose d’un petit jardin et d’un grand salon lumineux!
Le jardin donne accès à un deuxième jardin partagé où l'on y cultive notre propre potager.
Je quitte l’appartement pour retourner en France, il sera occupé de 4 autres colocataires, Thomas, Lisa, Hélène et Geoffrey.
La chambre est de 520 $ avec électricité, hydro et internet compris.

Hi Everybody!

We are searching for a 5th person in our 6 1/2 from the 16th of May.
The apartment is located in the Mile End on Clermont Ave, just next to Fairmont Bagels, bars, P&A (the supermarket the less expensive), bus 51 and 55 and at 10 minutes by foot to the Laurier metro station.
It’s located on the ground floor, all furnitures are included and we have a little garden and a large living room full of sun!
We have an access to a shared garden where we can cultivate our vegetables!
I quit the country, you will join 4 other people : Thomas, Lisa, Hélène and Geoffrey.
520 $ all included.
