I am leaving my 4bed flat located in Midtown West, at the crossing of 36th and 9th avenue. The 3 roommates are French, in their mid-twenties. They are all very friendly and I am very sad to leave them!
Very convenient area: A/C/E subway at 1 block (34th Penn Station), 1/2/3 at 2 blocks, 7 at 2 blocks. 10min walking distance from Times Square!
A lot of restaurants and bars around, supermarket at one block.
The bedroom is FURNISHED, cozy, big for the location and price.

+$200 fees just one time at your arrival for cleaning lady every week
