Hey! Je cherche un ou une colocataire pour partager notre beau logement dans Parc Extension. Ma colocataire Sara quittera en fin janvier pour faire un stage au Yukon en droits humains. De mon côté, je fais ma première année en tant qu'orthophoniste dans deux écoles primaires.

L'appart est très lumineux et situé au dernier étage. Le voisinage est agréable. Tous les services sont à proximité (Jean Coutu, épicerie libannaise vraiment pas chère, restos indiens délicieux...) et nous sommes situées à 5 minutes à pied du métro Acadie et à 8 minutes de la rue Parc. Nous cherchons à sous-louer la plus grande chambre de février à juin (départ 1er juillet). Le prix est de 450$ par mois tout inclus (internet, chauffage, meublée, laveuse). Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate to share our beautiful apartment located in Parc Ex. My flatmate is leaving at the end of January for a human rights internship in Yukon. I'm currently working in two elementary schools as a speech therapist.

The apartment is bright, located on the last floor in a nice neighborhood. Services are all close-by (pharmacy, Lebanese market with amazing prices and many delightful Indian restaurants). 5 minute-walk to Acadie metro and 8 minute-walk to Park Avenue. We are looking to sublet the biggest room from February to June (leaving 1st of July). The price for the room is 450$ a month all included (internet, washing machine, furnished and heating).
