Chambre à louer dans coloc très sympa. Composée de deux gars, tous deux jeunes professionnels de 24ans et 39ans.
La chambre est meublée (lit, armoire et lampe de chevet) donne sur le parc, elle est calme et lumineuse.
Le prix comprend toutes les charges et même la femme de ménage qui passe toutes les 2 semaines pour les parties communes.
En face du parc Lorimier sur rue Chabot.
BBQ dans notre beau jardin tout l'été ;)
Metro Laurier à 15 minutes à pied et le bus 27 passe juste à côté de l'appart !
Quartier vivant : dépanneur, épicerie, bars et restaurant juste à côté :)
L'avenue Mont Royal se trouve à 2 minutes.
