La chambre disponible est lumineuse non-meublée avec grande fenêtre orientée sud-ouest (ruelle et feuillage d'arbres matures). Le loyer mensuel est de 495$ + 1/2 hydro/wifi (approx. 575$ en tout). Disponible le 1er juillet.

Logement partagé à deux. Almosphère respectueuse et conviviale. Les photos ont été prise "sur le fly' et ne représentent pas le cachet des lieux ni la répartition éventuelle des pièces. Cuisine équipée + quelques meubles.

Oups! : pas d'entrée laveuse-sécheuse. Buanderie sympathique sur la rue Villeray (café Vito) et possibilité éventuelle de mini-laveuse.

Possibilité de court terme aussi (3 à 6 mois).

In charming 5.5 on Drolet St. in Villeray. Top floor of duplex, hardwood floors, high ceilings, caracter.

The room available is sunny unfurnished with large window facing southwest (alley and tree foliage). The monthly rent is 495$ + 1/2 hydro/wifi. Approx. 575$ total.
A few minutes' walk from Jarry and Jean-Talon metro stations (orange and blue lines) and Jean-Talon market. Delightful neighborhood, alive and convenient. A few streets from parc Jarry.

Two roomates in total, respectful and friendly atmosphere. The pictures included here were taken quickly while visiting the apartment, they do not render the charm of the place nor the eventual distribution/look of the rooms. Fully equiped kitchen + some pieces of furniture for the common spaces.

Oups! : no washer/dryer hook-up. Friendly laundromat nearby (Café Vito) and mini-washer possibility.

Short term also possible (3 to 6 months).
