Chambre libre dans colocation de 2 proche métro Bérri-UQAM et Sherbrooke / Available room in a flat-share of 2 next to Berri-UQAM and Sherbrooke

Ma coloc doit repartir en France alors je suis en recherche active d’un(e) coloc bien cool !
Donc mon appartement est situé rue Saint-Denis à 5 min des stations Berri-UQAM (toutes les lignes) et Sherbrooke (ligne 24).
Le bail commence le 1er Avril 2018 et se termine le 31 Juillet 2018 (possibilité de le renouveler).
C’est un RDC avec une petite cour extérieur, salon, cuisine ouverte, salle de bain, télé + netflix, machine à laver et une entrée (avec un lit qu’on peut déplier pour avoir des invités).
Le loyer est de 600$ (tout compris), ainsi qu’une caution de 500 dollars.
La chambre, (comme l’appartement) est meublée (lit + petit meuble + étagère + draps).
Appartement fumeur.

Sinon un peu d’infos sur moi : J’ai 21 ans, je suis à Montréal depuis janvier pour un stage dans le cadre de mon école de commerce. J’aime sortir, faire des apéros, cuisiner, regarder des films/séries.

Je cherche quelqu’un de simple à vivre, propre mais pas maniaque et qui peut vivre dans un appartement vivant

My apartment is in Saint Denis street (5 minutes to Berri UQAM and Sherbrooke Station).
The lease is from the 1st April of 2018 to the 31st July of 2018.
The apartment is in ground floor, with a small garden, a living room, a kitchen, tv with Netflix, a bathroom with a washing machine, and an entrance (with a mural bed for the guests).
The rent is 600$ (all include) with a guarantee of 500$ for the owner.
The room (as the apartment) is furnished.

About me : I’m 21 years old, I’m in Montréal because for an internship. I like to go out, to party, to cook, watch movies…

The room is furnished (bed, working space, wardrobe) and also has a big private balcony.
The apartment is located right above Saint_Denis with all the bars and restaurants.
The 24 passes right under the apartment; Sherbrooke Metro is 2min away.
We've been living here for one year and the landlord is very chill and available for any problem.
