Bonjour! Nous sommes deux étudiantes à la recherche de deux colocs. J'ai 25 ans et je suis présentement à la maîtrise en science politique, alors que ma coloc a 26 ans et étudie en criminologie.

Notre appartement est immense et super bien situé dans Villeray. Nous sommes sur St-Denis et à 2 min de marche du métro Crémazie (ligne orange). Un VRAI deux minutes de marche là (j'ai fait le test). Il y a un dépanneur au coin de la rue et un arrêt d'autobus. À 10 minutes de marche on trouve tout : épicerie, pharmacies, gym, restaurants. Tout sera inclus dans le loyer: chauffage, électricité, internet & assurances. Nous avons d'ailleurs aussi un sous-sol, où il y a laveuse et sécheuse. Dans le salon il y a la télé avec Netflix, un système de son & un tourne-disques.

Nous sommes sérieuses dans nos études, mais aussi deux boules d'énergie! On cherche donc l'équilibre entre le calme, la vie de coloc et le party (oui, oui, c'est possible). Donc si vous êtes le genre à rester enfermé.e.s dans votre chambre, ce n'est probablement pas la colocation pour vous. On est assez calmes, mais on aime faire des grosses soirées chez nous une fois de temps en temps. Si vous venez un an (ou plus), écrivez nous quand même! La chambre dans les photos est dispo pour plus longtemps.

Étudiant.e.s étrangers.ères, vous êtes les bienvenu.e.s! Nous allons meubler les deux chambres, incluant la literie. Si vous êtes en échange, vous n'avez qu'à amener vos vêtements, tout sera là! Nous n'avons présentement pas de photos pour la deuxième chambre, mais ça s'envient. Elle est de même taille, mais avec une fenêtre et sans garde-robe. Les meubles que vous voyez sont d'ailleurs ceux de notre coloc, donc ce ne sera pas exactement pareil. Si vous souhaitez venir avec vos propres meubles, pas de problème!

Hello! We are two students looking for two roommates. I am 25 and am in my master's degree and political science, my roommate is 26 and studying criminology.

Our apartment is huge and very well located in Villeray. We are on St-Denis and only 2 min (walk) from the Cremazie metro station (orange line). There is a convenience store at the corner of the street and a bus stop. You can find everything you need within 10 minutes walk (grocery store, pharmacy, gym, restaurants). Everything is included in the rent: heat, electricity, internet & insurance. We also have a basement where there is a washer and dryer. In the living room, we have a tv with Netflix, a stereo and a record player.

We are serious in our studies but also really sociable and full of energy! We try to have a balance between studying and partying (it's possible I swear). So if you are the type to stay in your room, this probably isn't the apartment for you. We're quite calm, but we like to throw big parties from time to time. If you are coming for a full year, please let us know. The room in the picture is available for longer!

Exchange students, you are welcome! We will furnish the rooms, including bedding. So if you're only coming for a few months, don't worry, we got you! There currently aren't pictures of the second room, but we will put some soon. It's the same size, but with a window and no closet. The furniture you see in the room is our roommate's, so it won't be exactly the same. If you wish to bring your own furniture, no problem!
