Chambre ensoleillé dans un appartement cozy située dans le Mile End / Outremont
Une chambre se libère dans notre super appart!
Il est situé dans Outremont à deux pas du Mile-End avec de nombreux cafés, bars, disquaires, restaurants...
Le bus 80 qui va à McGill ainsi qu'à l'UQAM et est à seulement cinq minutes d'ici tout comme la station de métro Outremont qui vous amène à l'UdeM.
L'appartement dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin : un salon, une grande cuisine ensoleillée (avec 3 fenêtres ce qui fait qu'on a du soleil toute la journée!), un balcon et une salle de bain avec des toilettes séparées, la chambre est ensoleillée et a des placards, elle est non meublée mais on peut y mettre un lit!
Sinon, à propos de nous, on est tous des étudiants de 22 ans à McGill/Udem. On aime évidemment passer du temps ensemble après les cours, à cuisiner, regarder des films, boire des bières. On vient d'ailleurs de commencer à brasser notre propre bière mais on est aussi tous indépendants.
Le loyer est de 450cad / mois + charges (environ 40cad).
Libre à partir du 1er Janvier.

Hey everyone,
Unfortunately, one of our roommates has to go back to Sweden at the end of december. That's why we're actually looking for someone to fill our 4th bedroom. We're looking for someone who's open to listening to good music, meeting new people and having meaningful conversations over a beer after class/work, cooking, watching movies (with our nice projector) and exploring Montreal. We're also gonna start to brew our own beers! We're looking for people who would be willing to get involed in a nice cosy international atmosphere, that's why our preferences go for people who would like to stay here long term.
You'll be living with 3 others student in their 20's : Asher, studying philosophy/political science at McGill, Saul studying zoology at McGill and Gabriel studying political science at UDEM.
About the apartment,
It is situated in peaceful Outremont neighbourhood which is only a quick walk from Mile-End with many cafes, bars, record shops, and restaurants.
The 80 bus that goes to McGill and UQAM is only five minutes away from here and similarly Outremont metro station is close by that brings you to UDEM.
The apartment has everything you need : 4 bedrooms, a cosy living room, a big sunny kitchen (with 3 windows this way its sunny all day!), a nice balcony and a bathroom with separate toilet.
The room is unfurnished but it has a closet and we can definitely help you to furnish your room, that's not a big deal!

À vrai dire c'est non fumeur mais il y a un balcon sur lequel fumer.
