Chambre dispo dans grand 6½ meublé, à quelques pas seulement du métro Beaubien!
Situé sur une rue résidentielle très paisible, notre appart de 4 aura une chambre de dispo à compter du 1er août. La chambre est équipée d'un lit avec tiroirs de rangement, d'une table de travail, de lampes, table de chevet et garde-robe.
L'appart est entièrement meublé, avec notamment lave-vaisselle, laveuse/sécheuse, bbq et Bell Télé Fibe. Le prix de 600$ comprend tous les frais de chauffage/électricité/wifi, etc.
Nous sommes de jeunes étudiants/travailleurs dans la vingtaine (2 francophones, 1 anglo-hispano-germanophone) qui cherchons une personne calme et respectueuse (préférablement une fille pour équilibrer les sexes) pour nous permettre d'étudier tranquille, mais aussi sociable et bonne vivante afin de pouvoir discuter et rigoler autour d'une bière !
