Je sous loue ma chambre pendant la session d’hivers 2016 (de début janvier à fin mai), dans une colocation de trois étudiants.
L’appartement est un duplex situé au 1440 rue Chomedey, entre les métros Atwater et Guy Concordia. Situé au croisement avec la rue sainte Catherine, il est à moins de 5 minutes de nombreux restaurants, supermarché et magasins, tels que provigo, PA, canadian tire ou encore dollarama.
Il dispose de 3 chambres, de deux salles de bain, d’un grand salon, d’une cuisine ouverte, entièrement équipée et d’une machine à laver le linge.
Le loyer est de 550$ par mois. Il n’inclue pas les charges d’électricté et d’internet qui sont de l’ordre de 60$ par mois.

Room for rent during the 2016 winter session (from January to may), in a 3 student flat.
It is a 2 floors apartment located at the 1440 rue chomedey, between Atwater station and Guy Concordia station. Near rue sainte Catherine, it is close from restaurants, grocery stores and shops.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large bright living room, an open fully fitted kitchen and a washing machine.
The rent is 550$ per month, bills not included, which are around 60$ per month.
