J'ai une chambre à sous louer dans un grand appartement sur le plateau (3878 Boulevard Saint-Laurent). L'appartement est grand avec une belle terrasse privée, machine à laver/sèche linge inclus, cuisine entièrement équipé, salon.
C'est un des quartiers qui bouge le plus de la ville, juste en face d'un arret de de bus et tout près du métro. (Sherbrook et Saint-Laurent).
Elle est disponible à partir du 8 Avril et jusqu'a fin juin ou avant si tu veux
La chambre lumineuse vient meublée, pour un montant de 550$ par mois (tout compris). Il y aussi un grand dressing.
