Chambre dans un 5 et 1/2

Chambre à combler dans un joli et confortable 5 et demi pour Mars (possibilité Avril). Le bail termine en Septembre mais peut être renouvelé. Chauffage et eau chaude inclus, certains animaux sont tolérés (voir avec proprio), stationnement facile sur la rue (possibilité de prendre un intérieur mais à voir avec proprio également). Rénové à mon arrivée il a 2 ans et demi, bien entretenu depuis, j'adore cet endroit. Buanderie au sous-sol disponible. On a seulement internet et hydro à payer. Balcon à l'arrière, fumer interdit sauf à l'extérieur, etc. L'appartement est semi-meublé (poêl et frigo) et je possède déjà une bonne quantité de matériel de cuisine qu'il est possible de partager (si tu as tes propres choses, il ya aussi de la place pour eux sans problème! :)). Ma coloc actuelle va quitter avec son merveilleux/immense divan, alors si tu as des projets/idées pour le salon on va pouvoir y ajouter ta touche personnelle pour que tu te sente comme chez toi :)

11 minutes à pieds des stations Snowdon et Villa-Maria. Tout est à proximité (Monkland et Queen Mary sont plein de ressources), un IGA devrait ouvrir bientôt juste au coin de la rue, des parcs, des terrasses, des pokestops etc, on n'y manque de rien.

Je suis une professionnelle qui travaille à temps plein en effets visuels. J'ai 29 ans et j'apprécie que les endroits communs (salon/cuisine etc) soient propres/bien entretenus. Room available in a beautiful and cozy 5 and a half for March (possibly April). The lease ends in September but can be renewed. Heat and hot water are included, we only have internet and electricity to split (it gets around 60$/person/month). Certain pets are allowed (you will have to check with the landlord), but I'm allergic to cats and already have ferrets that are usually free roaming on evenings and weekends. Parking is relatively easy on the streets around but it's also possible to get an indoor spot if you negotiate with the landlord. The apartment was renovated as I moved in 2 years and a half ago and I want to keep it neat, I really appreciate when the shared space is clean and take others activities in consideration. I tend to my ferrets daily. There's a balcony at the back, if you ever need to smoke (or friends) that will be there only. Semi-furnished (fridge and stove), I have quite enough kitchen stuff to share if needed but there's enough space to bring your own as well. My current roommate will be leaving with the amazing huge couch so that leaves space to create our new own living room with your personal touch so you can feel at home :) I'm open to projects and ideas as long as they are reasonable regarding preserving the general uncluttered vibe (ferrets).

11 minutes walk distance from metro stations Snowdon and Villa-Maria. Everything you need is at walkable distance, a grocery store is about to open right on our street corner, there are a lot of wonderful parks all around, terrasses for chilling in Summer, pokestops, etc.

I'm a young professional working full time for the visual effects industry. I'm 29 and I really appreciate considerate, respectful, nice and neat people.
