Chambre dans colocation Mile end janvier
Bonjour,
Je loue ma chambre (non meublée) dans le Mile end à partir de janvier (quelques jours avant ou après possible).
Je vis avec deux filles, 22-25 ans, étudiantes à l'Udem. On a pas des loisirs très fous, mais on partage des repas et des séries.
C'est 450$ par mois (515$ avec hydro et internet). L'appart a une laveuse et il y a un balcon à l'arrière.
Le quartier est génial, plein de petits restau, épiceries et cafés sympas à moins de 5 minutes à pied. La rue est tranquille et la chambre donne sur la cour donc c'est vraiment silencieux. Le metro le plus proche est Rosemont, à 10 minutes à pied, et le bus 160 (qui va à L'UdeM et HEC) est à 2-3 minutes à pied.
