Je suis à la recherche d'une personne propre, sympathique et préférablement entre 20 et 30 ans pour combler une chambre dans un bel appartement de Rosemont/petite patrie disponible à partir du 15 Octobre !

Celui-ci est situé à 5 minutes à pied du métro beaubien et du métro Rosemont, d'un dépanneur au coin de la rue et nombreux cafés, restaurants et bars !

L'appartement est entièrement rénové, meublé et équipé : Laveuse sécheuse, frigo, poele, TV, ps3 (avec netflix !).

Le prix de 510 $ inclus le loyer et internet, compter environ 25$ de plus pour l'hydro.

À propos de moi : j'ai un bac en géographie de l'udem et je suis actuellement étudiant à la maitrise en biologie. J'aime voyager (cyclotourisme et backpack), cuisiner, bricoler, chiller autour d'un verre etc... :)

Hi, I'm currently looking for someone clean and friendly to fill a room in a 2 bedrooms apt located in Rosemont/Little italy available from October 15.

The apt is located at 5 minute walk from 2 subway (Beaubien and Rosemont), a convenience store at the corner of the street and many cafes, restaurants and bars !

The apartment is fully renovated, furnished and equipped: Washer dryer, refrigerator, stove, TV , PS3 ( with netflix !).

The room is furnished with a desk, a dresser , a closet and a queen bed with sheets and pillow if needed.

The price included $ 510 rent and internet , expect about $ 25/month (or less for the summer months ) for hydro.
