La chambre est confortable (15m2), lumineuse et meublée (lit, portant pour vêtements, bureau …). L’appartement dispose d’un grand salon, d’une cuisine ainsi que d’une terrasse. La salle de bain est munie d’une douche et d’une baignoire.
Le gros plus :
L’appartement est spacieux et très agréable au quotidien, idéalement situé pour hec : sur la rue Willowdale, rue très belle mais surtout très calme donnant directement sur l’édifice principal d’HEC, a 1 minute du métro Université de Montréal donc très proche de l’UDEM, du CEPSUM et de l’école polytechnique (pas plus de 5 minutes à pieds chaque).
L'immeuble dispose de 2 laveuses ainsi que 2 sécheuses pour 12 appartements, autant dire qu'il y en a toujours de libre.
Idéal pour étudiant en échange, Pierrick mon colocataire est sociable et vous fera découvrir tous les bons plans de Montréal.
La chambre est libre à partir du 19 Décembre, la sous-location ne commençant que le 1er janvier, jusqu’à la fin de la session avec possibilité de l’étendre tout l’été.

The room is comfortable, bright and furnished (bed, dresser, desk ...). The apartment has a large living room, a kitchen and a terrace. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.
The big advantage:
The apartment is spacious and very pleasant in everyday life, ideally located for HEC / UdeM and Polytechnique: on Willowdale street, very nice and quiet street directly overlooking the main HEC building, 1 minute to subway Université de Montreal very close to the UDEM, CEPSUM and polytechnic (no more than 5 minutes walk each).
There is a laundry (2 cleaners and 2 driers) for the 12 appartments so there is always one available.

The room is free from December 19, subletting beginning January the 1st, until the end of the session with the possibility to extend it throughout the summer.
