Hey there!
Starting February 1st, one room will be available for a sublet of two to three months exclusively (see dates below). The room is all furnished with desk, bed (including sheets, cover and pillows), and bedroom storage (shelves and hangers)
The apartment is located in "Villeray", a district well known for its multi-cultural gastronomy as well as the "Jean-Talon" open air market. There you'll find the best quality of local products at the lowest price. As for public transport, the metro Jean-Talon is right next door and there's a 24h bus line that can get you anywhere from the St-Denis street to downtown !
You would be living in a large shared flat with 4 other people in their mid 20's. By shared flat we mean a friendly and social environment, with due respect to gender equity and sex orientation, along with a common interest for living together.
Whether you're a freshly arrived ex-pat or have been out under Montreal's sunlight for some time, our flat is a good fit for those who wish to make new acquaintances or simply share co-living experiences.
We are available for visits during weekdays anytime after 18h00. However, because of the restrain it represents in organization and time, note that we won't be accepting Internet conference call (Skype) or late, end-of-the-month arrivals.

Hello!
A partir du mois de février, une chambre sera disponible pour une sous-location de deux à trois mois. La chambre est entièrement meublée d'un lit simple (incluant la literie), un bureau ainsi qu'un espace de rangement.
L'appartement est situé dans le quartier Villeray/Petite Italie, où vous trouvez de supers bons restaus ainsi que le marché Jean-Talon (meilleurs produits du terroir aux prix les plus raisonnables !). Pour ce qui est du transport, le métro Jean-Talon se trouve à deux pas de la maison et les lignes de bus (service 24h) sur St-Denis vous permettront de vous déplacer en permanence vers le centre-ville.
L’appart est un grand 7 ½ à partager avec 4 autres personnes de la vingtaine, dans un environnement sociable et amical. Nous faisons souvent des repas et des soirées tous ensemble pour ne pas nous contenter de vivre les uns à côté des autres ! Parfait pour les personnes débarquant à Mtl !
Pour les visites, nous sommes dispos tous les soirs de semaine à partir de 18h.
