Chambre à louer dans un grand 6 ½ situé en plein cœur du Quartier Latin, face au cégep du Vieux-Montréal, à quelques minutes de marche des stations Sherbrooke et Berri-Uqam.
L'avantage est que si le quartier est en constante effervescence, la rue, elle, est en outre très calme.

Deux salles de bains, laveuse/sécheuse, meubles et vaisselle inclus.
La chambre à louer comporte déjà (au besoin) un lit queen (on a en MASSE de couvertures et oreillers), une table de chevet, une chaise de bureau et un garde-robe.

Nous recherchons une personne ou un couple de personnes pour partager trips de bonne bouffe (on aime ben gros cuisiner!), conversations diverses, bons moments et projets en tous genres. On veut des gens actifs, qui aiment s'investir, prêts à aider, à s'intégrer à la vie de l'appartement... Et, des fois, prendre un verre (ou un thé) ensemble ben relaxe.

Room for rent in a big 6 ½ located right in the middle of the Quartier Latin, right in front of Vieux-Montréal college, a few minues away from Sherbrooke and Berri-Uqam stations.
The spot is always animated, yet the street is very calm, which makes it perfect.

Two bathrooms, washer/dryer, furniture and dishes included.
The room already has (if needed) a queen bed (we've got TONS of blankets and pillows), a bedside table, a desk chair and a wardrobe.

We're looking for a person or a couple to share our recipes (we love cooking!), various conversations, good times and random projects. We want active people who are ready to help, to invest themselves in the apartment-sharing lifestyle... and, sometimes, to just relax and share a drink (or a tea) together.

$550 for a person, $800 for a couple. All-included!
