Je pars étudier en Asie pour la prochaine session et je désire sous-louer ma chambre jusqu'à la fin de mon bail soit le 1 juillet 2016 (janvier-juillet).
La chambre est situé au coin de St-hubert et Rachel ce qui fait que vous êtes à seulement 2 minutes à pied du Metro Mont-Royal et près de toutes les commodités utiles tel que marché, resto, Bar, resto-bar, SAQ, pharmacie, banquise etc. Si vous êtes étudiant de l'UQAM vous êtes juste à côté et si vous êtes de l'UdeM au moins vous n'aurez pas à habiter dans un coin ennuyant. L'appartement compte déja un locataire super sympathique qui sera ravis de partager l'appartement avec un nouveau locataire.

I'm going to study in Asia for the next semester and I would like to sublet my room until the end of my lease, July 1st, 2016 ( January-July ) .
The room is located at the corner of St -Hubert and Rachel so that you are only a 2 minutes walk away from the Metro Mont-Royal and almost all useful amenities such as market, restaurant, bar, restaurant-bar, SAQ , pharmacy , La Banquise etc. If you are a student at UQAM you are right next door and if you are at UdeM at least you won't have to live in a boring area. The apartment already has a super friendly tenant who will be delighted to share the apartment with someone new.
