Nous sommes trois étudiants à la recherche de deux nouvelles personnes pour venir compléter notre coloc. L’appartement, un 6 1/2, est doté d’une pièce commune conviviale, d’une cuisine équipée, une salle de bain spacieuse et d’un jardin. Des machines d’entretien (lave-linge, fer à repasser, etc.) sont également mises à disposition.

Chaque chambre est déjà meublée (lit, rangements, bureau) et le prix est ajusté en fonction de la taille des chambres: 420$/mois pour la plus petite, 480$/mois pour la plus grande.

L’appartement, proche de commerces variés, est situé à 5 minutes des stations Mont-Rotal et Laurier (ligne orange) et à proximité des bus 11, 51 et 97.

We are 3 students looking for 2 extra roommates. The appartement is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a roomy bathroom and a garden.

Each room comes furnished (bed, cupboards, desk) and the price is adjusted to the size of the room: 420$/month for the smaller one, 480$/month for the bigger one.

The apartment, located near a wide variety of shops, is close to the Mont-Royal and Laurier metro stations as well as the buses 11, 51 and 97.
