Je cherche un/une colocataire pour le 1er janvier. Possibilité d'emménager avant. La chambre n'est pas meublé. Elle a une fenêtre et un pas-pire-grand garde-robe.
L'appartement est très lumineux. Il y a une laveuse-sécheuse à disposition ainsi qu'un balcon arrière.
L'appartement se situe à 5 minutes du métro Préfontaine (10-15min du Centre-ville) et il est à quelques secondes de la promenade Ontario (Épicerie, boulangerie, café, resto, bar, pharmacie).
Je suis une étudiante en graphisme et je travaille à temps plein dans une petite épicerie du plateau. J'aime les soupers entre copains, le vino une fois de temps en temps, les belles choses et mon chat Sumzy. Je cherche quelqu'un de vivant prêt à partager un espace commun dans le respect. C'est simple!
Le prix total par mois est de 480,00$ en incluant l'électricité et le chauffage.
Il me fera plaisir de te faire visiter l'appartement, fais-moi signe si tu veux qu'on discute également!
