Chambre à louer fin Décembre métro Université de Montréal
Salut,
Je libère ma chambre dans cette colocation pouvant accueillir 5 personnes car je dois malheureusement rentrer en France. Il restera donc 3 étudiants (deux filles, un garçon) au sein de la colocation lorsque je partirai. La chambre sera disponible dès le 23 décembre au prix de 650$ + 50$ de taxes (chauffage, eau, électricité, internet etc.). L'appartement est très propre, dans un immeuble plutôt calme, et est situé dans un quartier étudiant à deux minutes à pied de l'université de Montréal, HEC et polytechnique, des magasins et de l’arrêt de métro "Université de Montréal" sur la ligne bleue. Petit plus de l’appartement, sa terrasse abritée, qui est très pratique et agréable à vivre en été.
