I am subletting my bedroom because I am leaving for an internship in Paris. I won't be in Montreal from April to September, so I am looking forward to sublet my room six month.

My roommates
Niall and Maude are two young professionals. They are pretty independent but they always love to share moments between them.
Niall is from south of Ireland and he is a software engineer. He moved to Montreal in August, in the hope to learn French. When he is at home home, he likes to listen to music (he collects records).
Maude is a French Canadian and she is extern consultant for a train company, in organizationals development. She loves electronic music, go out, to watch movies etc...

Who are we looking for ?
They are very open-minded and I would like to find someone who will be curious, respectful and nice.

The apartment
The apartment is in the heart of the Mile-end on Esplanade street cross Saint Viateur.
15 min distance from Laurier station
5 min distance from YMCA (gym, P.A supermarché, bakery, groceries etc) and bus line : 51, 80, 435, 55

The apartment is very bright, with a large kitchen and a spacious living room to host our friends for dinners.
And we have a dryer and washing machine.

It is a very light and cosy bedroom, with a double room, a desk, a library, and a closet. Right your bedroom, you will have a little balcony, perfect to have a brunch.
