Chambre à louer dans un loft sur le plateau
Salut à tous,
Nous avons une chambre non meublée qui se libère dans notre super loft placé idéalement sur le plateau; au croisement St laurent et Marie-Anne. A proximité de la station Mont-Royal et avec l'accès des lignes de bus 55 et 80.
Nous sommes deux étudiants âgés entre 20 et 25 ans qui cherchons un ou une coloc à partir du 1 er Mars.
Nous aimons faire la fête mais également avoir des moments calmes, de détente. Nous aimons partager des moments entre colocs mais avons aussi la chance que notre appart soit très grand afin d'avoir chacun notre indépendance.
le loyer est de 675 dollars. Il faut juste ajouter l'hydro qui est d'environ 30 à 40 dollars par mois.
Si vous voulez venir visiter l'appart nous serons heureux de vous rencontrer et de discuter autour d'une bière ou d'un café.
