Recherche colocataire bon vivant, simple, aimant partager un quotidien dans la bonne humeur.
De notre côté, nous sommes Jonathan, 32 ans, et stephane 39 ans, et tous deux travailleurs.
L'appartement est situé entre Iberville et De Lorimier sur Mont Royal. Il se compose de 3 chambres, d'une grande salle de bain, d'un salon (avec videoprojecteur) et cuisine équipée. Le petit plus : un jardin ; idéal l'été pour relaxer, faire des barbecues et jardiner (avis à ceux qui ont la main verte) ;)
A 2min du bus 97 et 94 donc métro Mont Royal, Frontenac et Iberville facile d'accès.
Située entre 2 parcs avec terrain de soccer et basket.
Le loyer comprend internet et hydro.
