En plus des espaces communs, le chanceux ou chanceuse aura 2 x pièces fermées pour usage exclusif (chambre et bureau). L’accès internet 500 mbps et l’électricité sont inclus dans le prix.
Super vie de quartier : 5 minutes du métro Viau, 10 minutes du marché Maisonneuve (fromagerie, boulangerie, fruiterie etc…)
Chiens, chats ou gerboise acceptés

I am looking for a roommate to share a large condo on 2 floors in the magnificent Viau biscuit factory. The room can be furnished or not according to your needs.
The apartment has 18' ceilings, very large windows, quiet neighbors and all appliances are included.
In addition to the common areas, the lucky one will have 2 closed rooms for exclusive use (bedroom and office). 500 Mbps internet access and electricity are included in the price.
Great neighborhood life: 5 minutes from Viau metro, 10 minutes from Maisonneuve market (cheese dairy, bakery, fruit store, etc.)
Dogs, cats or hamster accepted
