Chambre à Loue 15 min UDEM- Côte des neiges/Outremont

Je pars en stage à l’étranger du mois de décembre au mois de Juin, et je cherche donc à sous-louer ma chambre durant cette période. La chambre est de bonne taille et inclut un bureau, un canapé-lit double, un placard et plusieurs rangements.

L’appartement est un 4 ½ avec tout le confort disponible : 2 TVs, Ps3, Ps4, Wii, Gamecube et N64 !

Il est situé dans un immeuble hyper tranquille, des proprios hyper relax, avec un jardin dans la cour intérieure qui offre un superbe cadre de détente pour s’isoler. Les laveuses et sécheuses sont inclues au sous-sol dans un local sécurisé.

Situé dans un quartier tranquille sur la rue Linton, à 5 minutes à pieds du centre Wilderton (Metro, SAQ, Dollarama, Pharmaprix) et du parc Kent (tennis, piscine, basket, soccer). Il est à 15 minutes à pieds du plaza côte des neiges et du Maxi, à 6 minutes à pied de HEC et 20 minutes du CEPSUM. Il y a également deux dépanneurs à quelques mètres sur la rue Darlington. Au croisement avec le chemin de la côte des neiges il y a un Mcdo, une pizzeria et même un restaurant grec !

Tu veux bouger durant la journée ? Toutes les possibilités de transport sont autour ! Le 161 pourra t’amener à la station Plamondon ou Outremont, le 129 sur côte sainte Catherine est à 5 minutes de marche et le 165 te permettra de remonter le chemin de la côte des neiges.

Le prix ? Un correct 515$ par mois qui inclut TOUT (électricité, internet haut-débit illimité, programme TV, Chauffage, eau chaude).

On a un chien dans l’appartement donc attention aux allergiques. Mais l’appartement est très bien entretenu et le chien est propre.

Looking a room to enjoy Montreal this Winter? How lucky I’m leaving for an internship and I rent mine from December to August. The room is a good size and includes a desk, a sofa bed, closet and several cupboards.

It is located in a super quiet building, with a garden in the courtyard that offers a superb relaxing setting to isolate. Washers and dryers are included in the basement in a secure room.

Located in a quiet neighborhood on Linton Street, 5 minutes walk from the center Wilderton (Metro, SAQ, Dollarama, Pharmaprix) and Kent Park (tennis, swimming, basketball, soccer). It is 15 minutes walk from the plaza coast snow and Maxi, 6 minutes walk from HEC and 20 minutes CEPSUM. There are also two convenience stores a few meters on the street Darlington. At the junction with the road to coast snow there is a McDonalds, pizza and even a Greek restaurant!

You want to move during the day? All transportation options are around! The 161 will bring you to the station Plamondon or Outremont, the 129 St. Catherine is 5 minutes walk and the 165 will allow you to move downtown easily.

The price ? Proper $ 515 per month which includes ALL (electricity, unlimited internet broadband, TV program, heating, hot water).

However we have a dog in the apartment so attention to allergies. But the apartment is very well maintained and the dog is clean.
