Stays can be as short as a month or as long as a year (or more). The room I'm renting out is a quiet bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed that's been lofted to allow for maximum space. We also have a huge common area living space, a kitchen with tons of counter space, and a bathroom. Bathroom, kitchen, and common area are cleaned professionally weekly.

The building is located next to great restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as Maria Hernandez Park, where there is a nice track, dog park, and basketball courts. Plus there is fast, easy access via the L or M to Manhattan.

Current tenants include a female photographic artist, a male writer, a female tech startup worker, and an unemployed dog (a wonderful, loving, very well-mannered male that everyone who meets him adores).
