A big room with closet, wooden floor and large windows available in an old style shared house, Nanaimo & 2nd. This regular share house is fully equipped with a shared sitting room with large television and shared consoles, kitchen with 2 fridges, food storage room, washer & dryer, garden and small front stoop, two bathrooms. There are two full time room-mates who work full time & a third who owns the lease and the upstairs attic room who is only home a few weeks at a time as she works on location. The room-mates are absolutely great, very inclusive, clean and respectful - I feel lucky to have met and lived with them. The rent is 650 a month, all inclusive with 325 safety deposit. It's a great location, a few blocks down from T&T Supermarker, 7/11, the number 7 bus route and a ten minute walk to Commercial Drive.
