Bright room on top floor

We are looking for a third roommate in our awesome house for Jan 1st!

Our current roommate is moving to the island, so we are looking for someone to fill the top-floor bedroom in our 3 BR suite. We are two working professionals, mid-late twenties, looking to maintain a clean and creative space. We are social and fun but respectful of each others' space.

The room has great natural light (a sunroof), is spacious, and already has a comfortable bed and a chest of drawers that are available for your use (if you want).

The house has hardwood floors, a built-in wood-burning fireplace, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas stove, free in-suite laundry, three balconies, and backyard with a huge vegetable garden. Super close to skytrain, parks, and Commercial drive amenities.

We are looking for someone we can jive with. Tell us a bit about yourself!

This is a 3-month sublet with a strong possibility for longer-term.
