Big room in East Village in spacious apartment
I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for a room in a 2 Bedroom apartment sometime between January 1st and February 1st. The lease ends in July with the option to renew then.
The room is pretty big, fits a queen bed comfortably (I'd sell my bed frame for cheap!), and has loads of closet space. The apartment itself also has a good size, with a separate living and dining, a dishwasher, and a full kitchen. The apartment building is between 4th street and Avenue B.
We also have a nice rooftop with cool views of the NYC skyline!
