We have an awesome room opening up Sep 1st in our lovely Greenpoint apartment. Location is amazing, the apartment itself is huge, the roommates are great!

Here are the details:

- One year sublet (flexible - month to month option - long term preferred).
- Master bedroom in the heart of Greenpoint. Huge closet, desk and queen bed.
- Steps to McCarren Park, Williamsburg, tons of bars and restaurants.
- Nassau G train on the same block!!! Bedford L train 10 mins walk. Bus stop (B62,B43) across the street.
- Living room is HUGE. Kitchen is fully equipped. Private terrace. Shared backyard.

You have to:

- Be reasonably clean
- Have respect of the people you live with and the space
- Be willing to commit to stay (or agree to give a month's notice if you plan to move out)
