$1400/month for the Master Bedroom with in-suite bath - mountains views, spacious closet.

Option to take the second bedroom:
$1300/month for the smaller bedroom (can fit queen bed and dresser with plenty of space)

Additional Hydro + Internet (~$50-70) per month

Lease terms: This is a sublease search. Current lease agreement until Aug 31 2021 with the possibility to extend it.
