Big furnished quiet room in the heart of Greenpoint
Hi people,
We're looking for someone to replace one person in our 3BR until Aug31st (lease expires, possibility to renew). The apartment is a 3 bedroom, very spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a small backyard and a private terrace!!
The room is the biggest in the apartment, very big closet, 2 windows and comes furnished with a bed and a desk.
Nassau G train is on the same block, McCarren Park is 5mins walk, Greenpoint waterfront park 10mins walk,East River Ferry to Manhattan from the Greenpoing pier on India St, again 10mins walk.
It's $1,400/month or $2,000 for the whole period.
