Big Bright Bedroom in Williamsburg by Mccarren Park

We have a large and sunny unfurnished bedroom available in our three bedroom/1 bathroom apartment situated right next to Mccarren park. Very convenient location. 5 minutes walk from Bedford ave L or G Metropolitan ave. The neighborhood is full of fun coffee shops, great restaurants, awesome bars and more. Wholefoods will be opening soon and the farmers market is every Saturday just steps out our front door.
It is a wonderful spot to be at.
Your room is 13 x 11 with 10 ceiling. Big enough for a king size bed and desk with space left over, It has a big closet, and two east facing windows that overlook a quiet backyard. Our apartment has wonderful light, lots of plants, and a large balcony where we grow veggies and herbs during the warmer part of the year. It is great to chill on the balcony, have a glass of wine, grill a veggie burger and watch the world walk by.
You will be sharing the apartment with a couple in their thirties, male and female, a visual artist and an architect. We are busy during the day and out a lot but also like to be home, play records, share books, chill with friends and cook vegan meals.
We are conscious of the environment, and we do compost. Wed prefer someone who shares the same ideas and is vegan/vegetarian but open to all. The apartment is definitely a refuge from the hustle of the city and we are looking for a person who thinks of a home in the same way and who would help us to maintain its clean and pleasant vibe.
