Big, beautiful Midtown home in need of roommates

We have a large, beautiful house in Midtown (6th and Argonne) with a large porch, backyard, amazing kitchen, and good vibes.

Three rooms available:

Room 1:
Medium sized room with shared bathroom and extra storage for added closet space. $700/month

Room 2:
Medium sized room with personal living room and personal large bathroom. $950/month

Room 3
Large studio-style room (enough for living room and bedroom) in the basement of the house. Separate bathroom, entrance, and kitchenette. $950/month

Our housemates are moving to NYC and we're really sad about it. We don't do the shared space where you don't know the people you live with thing. We are seeking housemates who would like to have occasional "family" dinners, porch nights, and young, interesting, positive people. (we're not creepy, we expect you to have your own friends too, but also to make our home a little brighter). We must find housemates by the end of the June to keep the house. Room availability is Aug 1, with some flexibility on move in dates (just ask).

About Quinn:
mid twenties female working as a Tech Consultant. Likes cooking, kayaking, travel, and coffee.

About John:
early twenties male, part-time student/part-time worker. Likes yoga, IPAs, and is the social butterfly of the house.
