On est trois colocs (2 filles, un garçon) cherchant un quatrième coloc, fin vingtaine-début trentaine afin de partager notre beau grand 7½.
Belle chambre bien éclairée et fort tranquille, idéalement pour du long terme!
On a une belle énergie dans l'appart - on ne cherche pas un chambreur mais bien quelqu'un avec qui partager notre mode de vie! Tu dois cependant être propre, responsable et respectueux!
À deux pas du métro Beaubien, près d'épiceries, d'une SAQ, du marché Jean-Talon, de p'tits bars sympa, de la bibliothèque, piscine publique... Ya vraiment tout !
Fait important, on a un p'tit lapin. Chats/chiens non permis (allergies!)
