Private Room is 11' x 7'6" with an additional 4'6" wide closet. Extra closet space in hallway available. Can come furnished with new full size bed, desk, cube storage, etc. or empty (can also fit a queen size).

Apartment has windows facing 3 directions with lots of light. Great couch and dining table. Smart lock on building door.

I'm a 34 yr-old, male working regular-ish hours as a product manager at a tech company. Originally from Brooklyn and am often out enjoying the city with my friends/ family, but also have friends over to eat and hang out. Chill environment.
